The Ala Moana Surfrider hotel is the oldest hotel in Waikiki. In fact, it was the first hotel in Waikiki that paved the way for the development of Waikiki as a resort area.

Despite its age, the hotel is extremely well maintained and I recommend you stay in the orginal wing rather than the new wing.
